The room in the picture that I booked was not the one they gave us. The small TV wasn't working, a glass missing on the window, making it not cold from the old AC. The front desk lady was kind enough to offer a room upgrade but I had to give all my cash because they wouldn't take a card for the difference in room rate. Don't be fooled by parking, no place to eat breakfast, just like what they advertise. The roads to get there are next to impossible to pass through. Both staff were nice (we saw only 2 people working) for accommodating us and our request. I just didn't get the chance to tip them because I gave them all my cash for the room upgrade. The room they moved us to was okay, but the toilet floor was wet from a leaking pipe (or toilet?). There's still a lot of room for improvement in this place, they can keep their staff. Gles was very nice and apologetic, she did everything she could to accommodate our request. It wasn't their fault why Dreamwave is getting a bad review. It's the place, not the staff.
